   Ask Claude to read the whole book and point you to the framework you want to reuse. Check that the breakdown it gives back matches what you expect.

   Ask Claude to turn the framework into a skill

   Ask Claude to create a skill that benchmarks your offers against the framework and suggests improvements. Claude uses its built-in skill creator skill. Expect this to take four to five minutes.

   Review the test run and save the skill

   Run the skill on your own offer

   Describe your business and your offer, and tell Claude to use the skill. If it asks extra questions (price, proof, speed) and you only want the analysis, say this is the final offer.

   Open the expert's video on YouTube, go into the description and click Show Transcript. Copy the transcript, paste it into Claude and ask it to analyze the transcript. This also works for ChatGPT, Codex or any AI you use.

   Optional: fetch the transcript with Apify

   Build a second skill from the video

   Pick a section the first skill did not cover (I pick bonuses) and ask for a new skill. Define the input and the output. Small mistakes in the prompt are fine.
