   Connect your note-taker to Claude

   In Claude, go to Connectors and click Add Connectors. Search for the note-taker you use (Fireflies, Fathom or another one) and turn its toggle on. Once connected, you can ask Claude about any of your past meetings.

   Ask Claude to mine your latest meeting

   Be specific: ask Claude to open your latest meeting, read the transcript and pull out only the things you said that could become LinkedIn posts or case studies. Send it and give Claude a moment to dig through the whole transcript.

   Optionally automate it with scheduled tasks

   If you use Cowork, set this same request up as a scheduled task so it runs after your meetings without you asking each time. A single meeting usually gives you ideas for at least five posts.

   Review the ideas and pick a quote

   Read through the themes and quotes Claude returns. Pick the one or two lines that sound most like you. Write the post text yourself so it keeps your tone; the quote will go on the image that goes with it.

   Copy a design system from getdesign.md

   Open getdesign.md and choose a brand whose style is close to yours (I use the Claude one for the demo). Click design.md and copy the full text: it describes precisely how that brand looks.

   Set up a card template in Claude Design

   In Claude Design, ask for a grid of social media cards you can reuse as a template. Paste in the design system you copied. Claude Design and Claude are not connected, so copy your chosen quotes from Claude and paste them in too.

   Ask Claude Design for several variations using your quotes and the design system, then wait for the result. The cards work for LinkedIn and can also be used on Instagram.

   Download, convert and reuse

   Ask Claude to download the cards. To turn them into PDFs or images for posting, send them to Claude Code and have it convert them. Not happy? Keep iterating, then save the result as your template for future posts.
