# Claude Code dynamic workflow prompt kit

From my video "Master Claude Code Dynamic Workflows (49 Agents)".

## 1. The exact prompt from the video

Hey Claude, I am running a market study. I need to break it down into a dynamic workflow. First, I need a team of agents to analyze country data, and then a second specialized team to analyze company data. We're targeting France and also the Netherlands, and I want to study companies that are doing heavy investments in AI. At most five companies per geography. And here comes the key part: please use a dynamic workflow for this.

## 2. Fill-in version

Hey Claude, I am running [YOUR TASK]. I need to break it down into a dynamic workflow. First, I need a team of agents to [FIRST JOB], and then a second specialized team to [SECOND JOB]. We're targeting [SCOPE: countries, segments, lists]. At most [LIMIT] per [UNIT]. Please use a dynamic workflow for this.

The prompt's structure:
- Name the task.
- Split it into teams. Put the job whose results feed the next one first.
- Set the scope and a hard limit.
- Ask for a dynamic workflow in plain words.

## 3. Before you run it

- You are in Claude Code (Cowork only runs static workflows)
- Reasoning: standard high is enough
- You are on the $100 or $200 plan
- $100 plan: at most once or twice a day
- $200 plan: a couple of times a day

## 4. What to expect

- Setting up the specialized agents took about 3 minutes.
- It hit 400,000 tokens within 50 seconds of running.
- The full run used 49 subagents and 4 million tokens, about half of the 5-hour usage limit.
- The output was a Markdown report file. Ask Claude to turn it into a slide deck or a short summary.

## 5. Use cases I suggest

- Market studies
- Analyzing a business plan
- Changing a whole website's UI at once
- Recruitment
- Product development
- Checking your CRM for reactivation, or working through marketing campaigns
- Analyzing large data sets, Excel files or Google Sheets with thousands of rows
