# AI Customer Success Prompt Pack

Prompts from the AI for Customer Success webinar (February 19th), kept as close as possible to what I typed or said. Use them in Claude or Gemini. Replace the bracketed parts with your own details.

## 1. Onboarding playbook (after you sign a client)

Give the AI your business context: who you are, that you just signed a new client, the client information and exactly what you sold them. Ask for these sections: welcome and engagement overview, process, kickoff agenda, communication cadence, a "What do we need from you?" checklist and intake questions. End the prompt with:

```
Make an HTML page.
```

Tip: connect Google Drive (Add from Google Drive in Claude, Add from Drive in Gemini) so it uses your real pricing and packages.

If you need a PDF version:

```
Please convert this to PDF.
```

I recommend sending the HTML page because PDFs can cut off at awkward places.

## 2. Report from raw data

Upload your raw data (for example a CSV of the work done this week) and start with:

```
I'm uploading my [type of business]'s first week [type of work] data for a client.
```

Once you have a report you like, save it as your template, then reuse it with new data:

```
Now I just want you to switch that data with this new data, but keep everything the same.
```

## 3. Infographic summary (Gemini with Nano Banana Pro)

Paste the HTML report into Gemini, then:

```
This is a report for [client]. I want you to create an image infographic summary.
```

A warning from me: image reports are not consistent from one run to the next.

## 4. Voice report (NotebookLM)

Add the report to NotebookLM as a source and create a one- or three-minute audio summary of what you did for the client.

## 5. Client portal in Notion (Claude with the Notion connector)

Connect Notion first (Connectors, then Manage Connectors). Then:

```
Hey Claude, can you please create on my Notion page a customer portal for [client]? I am a company that sells [your services]. Please make sure you include everything that's necessary inside of a good-looking customer portal for my own industry. If you have any questions, please ask them to me beforehand so you know precisely what I'm looking for.
```

## 6. Client portal with Claude Code (step by step)

After you paste the build plan:

```
I need you to build this out for me, please. Let's do it one step at a time. Each step will be a checkpoint, and I will be able to look at the evolution of this client portal as it gets built live.
```

To polish the portal and its chatbot:

```
Can you please improve the front-end design? Use your skill. Then I also want you to add an animation on the AI assistant, so that whenever I am waiting for an answer, I'm not just wondering if it's actually working or not. And make sure that the AI assistant uses correct formatting, because right now it's putting asterisk symbols and things like that, and the formatting looks awful.
```

Before sharing the portal: deploy it (for example to Vercel), set a password for each client, and consider Supabase for login authentication.

## 7. Improve your service from email threads

Export the email threads with your clients, attach the file and ask:

```
Analyze these threads and come up with improvements.
```
