   Check access and install Grok Bot

   Grok Bot is in early beta and runs on macOS only. You get it with SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra or a Cursor team plan. Download the app, then go through the onboarding window. It shows the built-in connections, such as LinkedIn, Clay and Stripe.

   Create a bot by talking to it

   Click the arrow at the top and choose New bot. Describe the one job you want it to do. It asks follow-up questions and handles the setup. The name you give the bot also changes how it behaves.

   Edit, duplicate or delete a bot

   To edit a bot, click its computer in the upper right corner, then Settings. You can change the icon, the colors and the description, which works as the bot's pre-prompt. To duplicate a bot, right-click it and choose Duplicate. For example, two recruiter bots can source candidates from different places. To delete a bot, press the delete key.

   Connect the bot's apps and its browser

   Ask the bot to set up the tools it needs. Google Calendar, Gmail and Notion connect over MCP, so they work as soon as you plug them in. LinkedIn has no MCP or API, so the bot opens a browser on its own computer and asks you to log in. You can take over that browser, or use its terminal, at any time.

   Teach a skill and set up routines

   To show a bot how to do a task, take control of its computer and click the record button. The bot then watches the video and saves the task as a skill it can reuse. For a recurring task, click the computer icon, scroll to the bottom and click + next to Routines.

   Run several bots in one conversation

   Open New Chat and select several bots before you type anything. Then send a message. The bots share what they know and work on it together. If you send a message while one of them is working, it drops its current task and switches to your new request.

   Give feedback and organize your bots

   React to a bot's reply with thumbs up or thumbs down. A thumbs down makes it ask how it can do better. Pin the bots you use most. To group bots, right-click one and move it into a new section.

   Find everything with Command K

   Press Command K to search your messages, bots, groups, files, connectors, routines and actions. You can also give bots files from your computer to work with.
